Household & Personal Care Filling Line
Designed for shampoo, shower gel, laundry detergent, hand soap, deodorant, and other daily chemical and cleaning products, LWT household and personal care filling line offers high automation, corrosion resistance, accurate metering, and stable operation for household, commercial, and industrial production needs.
Material contact parts are made of 316L stainless steel, PTFE, and other corrosion-resistant materials, making the production line suitable for both mild personal care products and highly corrosive cleaning and disinfection products, while helping to prevent equipment corrosion and liquid leakage.
The production line automates the full process from bottle unscrambling, quantitative filling, screw capping, aluminum foil sealing, labeling, coding, checkweighing, and case packing. It is equipped with anti-drip, anti-foaming, and no-bottle-no-fill functions to support a clean and efficient production process that meets daily chemical and cleaning product production requirements.
With strong compatibility, the production line can be flexibly switched between different bottle types, capacities, and material forms. One line can serve multiple production needs, improving equipment utilization and providing an integrated filling solution for personal care, cleaning, and disinfection product manufacturers.
