- Designed for multiple bottle types and material requirements, this filling machine uses a high-accuracy filling volume adjustment system with servo motor, PLC, and touchscreen control. Filling accuracy can reach ±0.5%–1%.
- The machine supports material barrel heating, mixing, and cleaning functions. Its horizontal design helps keep materials evenly mixed and is suitable for filling liquids and products with particles without causing damage.
- Made of 304 stainless steel, the machine is equipped with a transparent organic glass door cover for easy observation and cleaning. It also includes a dedicated drain outlet and cleaning control function, and can be rinsed directly with a water gun.
