Edible Oil Filling Line
The edible oil filling line uses a piston filler for accurate quantitative filling, helping to keep the volume consistent consistent in each bottle. After filling, the light inspection machine automatically checks for impurities inside the bottle to support product quality control.
The cap sorting and cap feeding system then arranges and places the caps automatically, while the press capper completes tight sealing. Finally, the shrink sleeve label applicator and heat shrink tunnel work together to complete product packaging and sleeve shrinking, giving the finished bottles a clean and neat appearance.
The complete oil filling line can reach a production capacity of up to 2,500 bottles per hour, improving overall production efficiency.
