Suitable for daily chemical and disinfection product filling, the cosmetic and disinfectant filling line can handle liquid, lotion, gel, and paste materials, including disinfectant, hand sanitizer, alcohol spray, toner, serum, shampoo, and other related products.

The production line covers a wide packaging range, from 20 ml small spray bottles to 200 L drums. With a modular design, it can be customized according to product characteristics such as corrosiveness, viscosity, and foaming behavior, as well as capacity requirements and factory layout. Configuration options range from semi-automatic lines to fully automatic high-speed lines.

    The production line can complete integrated operations such as automatic bottle unscrambling, quantitative filling, and screw capping, with stable operation and strong sealing performance, reducing material loss and cross-contamination.
    For cleaning products containing surfactants, acids, or alkaline ingredients, key equipment parts can be treated for corrosion resistance, supporting longer service life and lower maintenance costs.
