Plastic Bottle Capping Machine / Press Capper
Sorting, feeding, and pressing plastic caps securely onto filled bottles for tight leak-proof sealing.
Three plastic bottle capping series are available to cover different sealing requirements, from small-batch laboratory use to high-speed production lines. Suitable for beverages, daily chemical products, pharmaceuticals, health products, and other applications, the capping solution can be selected according to the customer’s bottle sample, cap sample, and capacity requirements.
LWT can provide capping solution planning and equipment selection recommendations based on the actual packaging requirements.
- Threaded cap → Use a screw capper or spindle capper
- Non-threaded cap, such as a plug → Use a press capper
- Ultra-high-speed production line → Use a spindle capper
- Multiple bottle sizes and batch production → Use a screw capper
Technical principle: Servo motor drive with closed-loop torque control
Optional configurations: Single-head or multi-head design, chuck-type or belt-type capping, fully automatic or semi-automatic operation

| Core action | Mechanical chuck or belt rotation for tightening |
| Applicable caps | Tamper-evident caps, pump caps, and irregular caps |
| Speed range | 20–60 bottles/min for single-head models; up to 200+ bottles/min for multi-head models |
| Typical applications | High-end daily chemical products, pharmaceuticals, and functional drinks |
Technical principle: Dual spindle wheel differential design, using flexible friction belts to tighten the cap
Core value: Speed up to 200 bottles/min, scratch-free cap surface, suitable for direct connection with filling machines

| Core action | Side friction wheels tighten the cap through continuous rotation |
| Applicable caps | Lightweight tamper-evident caps and small-diameter caps |
| Speed range | 40–200 bottles/min, continuous pass-through type |
| Typical applications | Bottled water, edible oil, and high-capacity production lines |
Technical principle: Pneumatic or servo-driven vertical press-in capping; can be integrated with cap sorting and cap feeding systems
Core value: No rotating parts, with lower maintenance cost

| Core action | Vertical pneumatic cylinder pressing for cap sealing |
| Applicable caps | Crown caps, aluminum-plastic plugs, and rubber stoppers |
| Speed range | 20–80 bottles/min |
| Typical applications | Eight-treasure porridge lids, oil drum caps, and paint bucket lids |
