Robotic Case Packer
Pick-and-placing canned products automatically into corrugated cases with high flexibility and damage-free handling.
The robotic case packer uses servo motors and precision reducers to pick, transfer, and place products accurately. A high-accuracy vision system automatically identifies packaged items and positions them for precise case packing.
With a centralized control cabinet and customized conveying system, available in straight-line or turning layouts, the robotic case packing machine supports automatic changeover for multiple product types, simple operation, fault warning, and high-speed, flexible, and reliable automated case packing.
- Product Collation
Products are arranged before case packing. Different collation systems are available as optional configurations.
- Case Feeding and Positioning
Cases are fed and positioned for packing. Single-case feeding is standard, while multiple-case feeding and robotic case feeding can be configured as options.
- Product Pick and Place
The robotic case packer can be equipped with different gripper types and robot options to pick products from the infeed and place them accurately into the case.
- Case Transfer
After filling, the packed case moves to the next process. The robot arm then returns to the product infeed, ready to pick the next batch of products.
