Water Bath Sterilizer

Providing 360° uniform heating and continuous cooling for bottled or canned foods to achieve precise pasteurization up to 98°C.
The water bath sterilizer is made of 304 stainless steel and equipped with a hot water tank, cooling water tank, automatic steam heating system, hot water pump, and circulation pump. Using continuous roller conveying, the system provides uniform heat treatment for glass jars, canned foods, condiments, and other packaged products.
After sterilization, the machine automatically completes cooling and drying processes, ensuring continuous, stable, and hygienic operation. It is widely used in canned food and condiment production lines requiring reliable thermal processing and efficient production.
Water Bath Pasteurizer with Roller Conveyor
The continuous water bath pasteurizer is made of 304 stainless steel, with customizable tank dimensions and a maximum operating temperature of up to 98°C.
The roller bar conveying system rotates round bottles and cans during processing, enabling 360° uniform heating and improving heat penetration efficiency. This design effectively reduces uneven sterilization and insufficient core temperature issues commonly found in traditional systems.
The machine is suitable for glass bottles, tinplate cans, and large round containers over 3 kg, and is widely used for thermal processing in canned food, beverage, pickled vegetable, and condiment production lines.
Tunnel Water Spray Pasteurizer
The tunnel water spray pasteurizer is a continuous thermal processing system designed for efficient and flexible production. It uses high-pressure hot water spraying to distribute heat evenly across the surface of packaged products, with precise temperature and processing time control.
The system helps minimize package deformation and damage during heat treatment while ensuring consistent sterilization performance. With wide packaging compatibility and low energy consumption, it is suitable for food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and condiment production applications.
The spray pasteurization system can be integrated with filling machines, air drying systems, labeling machines, and case packers to create a complete automated production line.
