Crate Washer
The crate washer is an automatic cleaning system designed for turnover crates, plastic boxes, pallets, and similar containers. It uses a multi-stage washing process, including pre-rinsing, hot alkaline washing, hot water rinsing, clean water circulation rinsing, disinfection, high-temperature rinsing, and drying.
With 360° all-around spray washing, the crate washing machine removes dirt from different container surfaces. Some models can be equipped with nylon brush rollers for stubborn stains, while the multi-stage water circulation and filtration system helps reduce water consumption by 30%–50%.
The crate washer can be connected with conveyor lines for automatic feeding and discharge. It is widely used in food processing, catering services, logistics distribution, slaughtering, and meat processing industries to support efficient container cleaning and hygienic production.
