Using magnetic lifting to automatically stack or unload filled metal cans and glass bottles layer by layer for high-efficiency line transfer.
The magnetic palletizer and depalletizer use magnetic lifting to automatically stack and unload filled glass bottles, filled tin cans, and empty tin cans. It can be connected with a magnetic lifting conveyor for overhead can conveying, supporting efficient material transfer in canned food and beverage production lines.
Equipped with a color touchscreen, the magnetic palletizing system provides intelligent operation, real-time working status display, and automatic alarm functions. The main body uses painted carbon steel, while product-contact parts are made of 304 stainless steel. With double-sided protective mesh, the system is suitable for automated palletizing and depalletizing in food, beverage, and canning production lines.
