Empty Can Depalletizer
Automatically unloads empty cans and bottles layer by layer onto conveyors for stable, high-speed line feeding.
The empty can depalletizer combines a lifting mechanism, moving mechanism, magnetic pickup unit, and conveyor system to automatically unload full pallets of glass bottles, tin cans, and aluminum cans. Containers are lifted layer by layer from the bottom upward and pushed onto the conveying channel for continuous transfer.
The empty can depalletizing system can work with a magnetic lifting conveyor for overhead conveying and can support material transfer between floors at different heights. It is widely used in food, beverage, can manufacturing, and canned food production lines for efficient and stable empty can handling and depalletizing.

- Strong welded frame:
The main body is welded from high-quality carbon steel tubing, with a powder-coated and baked paint surface for a durable finish. - Full-pallet correction:
The full-pallet lifting station is equipped with two-way clamping plates to correct lateral deformation of the can stack, helping prevent cans from falling, squeezing, or shifting during lifting. - Layer-by-layer depalletizing:
The depalletizing action is completed by an encircling structure that limits the outer dimensions of the whole can layer. A frequency-controlled brake motor drives the synchronous belt conveyor, allowing the cans to move smoothly in a linear direction without squeezing, deformation, tipping, or jamming. - Automatic empty pallet collection:
The empty can depalletizer includes an automatic empty pallet collection device. The lifting motor is controlled by a frequency converter, while the empty pallet support beam is driven by a pneumatic cylinder for automatic opening and closing, keeping pallets stacked neatly and squarely.
