Horizontal Glue Labeling Machine
Applying labels and printing batch numbers or expiration dates on containers in one continuous process.
The horizontal glue labeling machine is designed for round cans. It uses automatic screw feeding and belt pressing to keep cans rotating during labeling, allowing hot melt glue to be applied to the can side before the label is pressed onto the surface.
Cold glue is applied at the label end for secure fixing, supporting accurate and continuous labeling. This labeling machine is suitable for food, beverage, and canned product applications.

After the can is fed into the labeling machine by the belt, a strip of hot melt glue is first applied to the side of the can. As the can rolls forward, the hot melt glue contacts the label and picks it up. At the same time, a strip of cold glue is applied to the end of the label. As the can continues rolling, the label is wrapped around the can and fixed in place.
